Our campus can be a little confusing on your first visit or even your third. Here is a map to help you get around, but please don't hesitate to ask where something is when you're here. We would love to walk you around and help get you connected. On Sundays, head over to the Info Center in the Worship Center, and our Welcome Team will be ready and eager to help direct you.

Sundays

The 8:00 & 9:30 "Traditional" services feature a full choir and organ. While the 11:00 "Contemporary" service features a praise band with guitars, keys and drums. The same message from God's Word is given at all three services. Additionally, we also have a 9:30 am "Contemporary" service in the Ocean Room with live music and a live video of the preaching from the Worship Center.

Worship Services

Our Sunday services are the primary way we gather as a whole church.
These experiences are central to who we are and a great first step to get connected to life at South Shores. We gather for about an hour to sing together, listen to a message from God’s Word, pray, and respond to God’s Spirit.

Kids Ministry

Infant to 5th Grade

If this is your first time with us click the Kid Registration Link below and fill out your family information. That way when you arrive on a weekend your check-in process will be easier!

KIDS REGISTRATION

Infants and toddlers check in below the Worship Center.
Preschool (3-5) is on the Lower Level of the Family Center.
Elementary age (1st - 5th) are on the Lawn next to the Family Center.
At each location our volunteers will meet your family, check your child in, and then lead you and your child to their age appropriate room.

Anchorage Youth

Middle School & High School
Join us at the North end of the Family Center (Lower Level) where we offer a special youth experience at the 11:00 am service. If it's the first Sunday of the month, we want you to join us in the Worship Center for the main service. (We sit together in the front right usually).

STAY A WHILE

Once the worship service is over, our hope is that you don't just rush off with your day, but that you would stick around and get to know some of the other people at South Shores -- because, after Jesus, we think the people here are the best part. There are coffee and donuts between services to help you stop and enjoy the people around you.
